Mexico is Adventure
The adventure options in Mexico are varied and wide. You will be spoilt for choice in this North American country as your adventurous spirit takes you from destination to destination in search of thrilling experiences. The country is bordered by Pacific Ocean to its west and the Caribbean Sea on its Eastern end. This gives Mexico an advantage over other destinations in providing great adventure travel package.
If you do not have a clue on where to start, the list below will be a good guide.
1. Palancar Reef
Located at the southwest side of island of Cozumel, you will get your best experience yet of underwater marine exploration. You will get into the Palancar Caves and swim through the Palancar tunnels as well as get into Palancar gardens and watch the tropical fish and giant sea turtles.
2. Huasteca Potosina
Of note in this region are the rapids of the Rio Santa Maria River where you will do your whitewater rafting as well as hike in the surrounding waterfalls and tropical setting. The semi-mountainous terrain in southern San Luis Potosi is also ideal for hiking.
3. Puerto Escondido’s Playa Zicatela
If you love surfing, then the breaks in the Puerto Escondido’s Playa Zicatela are enough to keep you engaged for a whole month. You will have the fun of your life at these generous waters...amazingly; you can also soak in the sun along the beaches after a surfing session.
4. Yucatan Peninsula
This peninsula is more famous for its pristine beaches, but its most well-kept secret is that you can zip line into an underground pool, tube down a subterranean river, explore caves yet to be mapped. Tell me that is not the most adventurous experience and I will tell you that you have no idea what fun is.
If you are a serious surfer, you must have heard of Acapulco. From the breathtaking views and a host of water-based activities to booming nightlife activities, your adventuring spirit will have found its resting place.
Mexico is a full package tourist destination and whether you are looking for beach relaxation, old sites exploration, sporting activities, fine dining or whatever, you will have your best holiday experience yet.
