Sandy was very knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter was in Nepal when covid-19 broke out and Canadians were advised to return home as quickly as possible. Sandy sought out the flights that were still flying and helped during her transit home as some airlines were not allowed to fly into Canada. My daughter arrived home safely.
