Kelly made everything easy with this trip on Royal Caribbean Brillance of the Sea.   I am very pleased with the interactions I have had with Kelly.    I might of drove her mad with questions  and changes but was still treated with courtesy and respect.     I would highly recommend Kelly and Jubilee Travel to anyone for any type of vacation.
