We had a wonderful family vacation. Fourteen of us traveled from three different cities to spend Christmas 2021 together in a place that's warmer than Saskatchewan. We contacted Sandy's agency, and she stepped in to help us when her colleague retired. The recommendations she made, and the travel plan we received couldn't have been better. Sandy was prompt and kind in her replies even when our questions, influenced by our fear over travel during a pandemic, sometimes had obvious answers. It made us feel safer to have her in our corner, especially when we realized (at our destination) how valuable her advice and attention to detail with our travel documents was. We knew she'd be available, even through the Christmas season, if we needed her. We are deeply grateful and will certainly call her again for help with travel.
