I just got back from a trip to the Middle East in the middle of the pandemic going on, our flights were cancelled, moved around several times, Sandy was extremely quick, efficient to always get things back on track, I do not know how things would have gone without a professional like Sandy behind us. Sandy was very knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter was in Nepal when covid-19 broke out and Canadians were advised to return home as quickly as possible.
